Generally, the objective of this project is to develop an Android/Web based CRS. Moreover, this project specifically aims the following:
- To develop a mobile application for the CRS based on Android/Web platform
- To setup and configure wireless network that supports the implementation of the CRS
- To develop a database, CRS modules and GUI for teachers’ access and control
- Perform reliability tests on the transmission and reception process of the CRS
- Implementation and evaluation of the CRS
Upon the implementation of the proposed system, a research study can be conducted that aims to determine the benefits of using the proposed system in classrooms, specifically the following:
- To compare the proposed system versus traditional hand raising in terms of student learning outcomes.
- To measure the frequency and accuracy of students’ response using the proposed system over traditional hand raising.
- To identify the perceptions of the teachers’ and students’ perceptions on the proposed system for possible improvement.
